The method….
So how does it work?
Using a combination of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and good old
fashioned logical reasoning, The method works in the opposite way to every
other method, as It ignores all the powerful reasons why the smoker should
not smoke: such as the money, the slavery, the health risks and the social
stigma. Smokers know all of these things already, but continue to smoke.
Instead we focus on why smokers continue to smoke in spite of the obvious
disadvantages. We help them to see there is no real reason to smoke –
then quitting becomes easy, enjoyable and permanent..
We help you to get cigarettes out of your mouth, and more importantly
out of your mind.
What to expect in your clinic session...
Takes the form of a group seminar at a hotel nearby,
with other smokers just like you.
There are no potions, patches pills or indeed medication
types of any kind, and plenty of smoking breaks.
No gimmicks or delusion techniques.
We remove the smokers conflict of will.
There are no bad withdrawal pangs.
Equally effective for every type of smoker.
A series of simple instructions helps you to achieve the freedom you desire.
Towards the session end you smoke your final cigarette and throw your
remaining cigarettes onto the pile.
Following this there is a short relaxation session after which you are free to
go and carry on normally as a happy non smoker.
